The newest Blue Bottle Coffee cafe takes over a space with high foot traffic in the middle of Cityplaza mall in Taikoo Shing. This branch is distinctive thanks to its open grid structure reminiscent of Hong Kong\u2019s bamboo scaffolding.<\/p>\n

The cafe is also the first in the city to offer Blue Bottle Coffee\u2019s signature Kyoto-style espresso, which is extracted using cold water dripped slowly over coffee grounds rather than hot, pressurised water.<\/p>\n
