Today, we\u2019re making steamed fish on noodles, inspired by the popular Teochew dish. Sauce 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tbsp plum sauce \u00bd tbsp sesame oil \u00bd tsp sugar 1. Prepare the sauce with light soy sauce, plum sauce, sesame oil, and sugar, then set it aside. 2. Next, plate the kuay teow in a shallow dish. I\u2019m using kuay teow straight out of the packet\u2014you don\u2019t need to loosen them, which saves you even more prep time. 3. Place the fish slices on top of the noodles, then add some ginger and pour 2 tbsp of the sauce mixture over it. 4. Place it in a steamer, pour in chicken broth, and steam over high heat for 10 minutes. 5.
