Joining the likes of the US88v1 and the plethora of PC cases with built-in displays, the company has recently announced a new AIO cooler, the HydroShift II OLED Curved, with (you guessed it) an OLED screen as the centrepiece.

It’s a 6.67-inch curved panel, to be precise. It’s also an upgrade over the company’s other HydroShift coolers that also come with screens – particularly the LCD-C and LCD-S, which come with smaller IPS displays.

But while Lian Li tends to be more experimental with sticking screens in its products, this time, the new HydroShift II has its fair share of direct competitors. These include ASUS ROG’s Ryuo IV 360 cooler and the TRYX Panorama SE 360, both of which, similar to Lian Li’s newest cooler, also feature 6.67-inch curved OLED displays at 2K resolutions.

<picture></picture>Play

The HydroShift II OLED Curved does have a trick up its sleeve, particularly its motorised display; it can be lifted or horizontally tilted (shown in the video above), which helps with 3D content as the perspective in which you view the display isn’t fixed. The display unit is also mounted onto the CPU block via pogo pin magnets, and can be removed from the cooler entirely (which may be useful when actually installing the cooler).

The display contents are controlled via L-Connect 3, and the OLED screen can also be used as a secondary display. It also supports either full-screen or split-screen (including triple-split) content.

The HydroShift II OLED Curved (360Fanless version seen here) has side-mounted tubing secured to the radiator via brackets.

Image: Lian Li

As for the rest of the cooler, the radiator measures 400 x 122 x 24mm. That 24mm thickness is lower even than the usual 27mm, but it’s similar to Lian Li’s other HydroShift coolers. The pump on the HydroShift II OLED Curved also has a Turbo mode, which can boost the pump speed to 2800RPM.

The tube length measures 450mm, and to help out the aesthetics, much of that tubing is mounted along the sides of the radiator, held in place via movable brackets. When top-mounted, this means that most of the tubing is hidden, save for the portion above the CPU block.

Finally, it should also be noted that the cooler comes in three variants:

The 360TL, which comes with three Lian Li UNI FAN TL Flex Fans;

The 360P28, which comes with three UNI FAN P28s instead;

And the 360Fanless, which excludes the fans from the radiator in case you want to install your own fans.

Pricing and Availability

The three HydroShift II OLED variants come in either black or white and cost US$339.99 for the 360TL, US$299.99 for the 360P28 and US$279.99 for the 360Fanless.
