Prices range from S$2.50 for an egg tart \u2013 the same as the Tanjong Katong shop \u2013 to S$15 for a whole pan-roasted quail.<\/p>\n<h2>THERE WILL BE GULA MELAKA PORTUGUESE EGG TARTS TOO<\/h2>\n<p>Many of the new dishes were created by Zac and the cafe\u2019s chef, drawing inspiration from his culinary training, food programmes and dining experiences.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cZac wanted to create something that still feels rooted in traditional Macau flavours but with a more modern and approachable twist for today\u2019s diners,\u201d they shared.<\/p>\n<p>The cafe will also introduce gula melaka Portuguese egg tarts, the classic pastry infused with rich, caramelised gula melaka for a local twist.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fans hoping for the return of Madeleine\u2019s Macau crispy puffs with winter melon or red bean filling, however, will have to wait a little longer.
