We\u2019d work all day, and even after we cleaned the kitchens, we still had to help the restaurant make food deliveries.<\/p>\n<div datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1xdhyk6 ec74h0k0\">\u201cWe\u2019d lay a board on top of the <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">dim sum steaming baskets<\/span> and sleep there, and we\u2019d wake up at 2am and start all over again.
