Their take on roast duck has got the most attention, resulting in Pham starting an Instagram account called <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">@thatpekingduckguy<\/span>.<\/div>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">Content includes Pham pulling out glistening maroon-coloured roast ducks from a steel cylindrical charcoal-fired roaster and carving them up to be served in various ways, from traditional Peking duck style \u2013 enclosed in steamed thin wrappers with spring onions and sweet bean sauce \u2013 to tacos and ramen.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">Pham started making the roast ducks in a conventional oven at home. While they tasted fine, he felt they could be better.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">\u201cI learned a lot on YouTube and I realised that when I was watching all these videos in Asia, they all had this oven, this duck roaster.
