Casio has just launched the G-Shock GA-2100CC-3A<\/b>, a limited-edition watch designed in collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company to celebrate Coca Cola\u2019s 140th anniversary.<\/p>\n
The new watch is based on Casio\u2019s popular GA-2100 series, which is known for its slim profile and octagonal bezel design. But unlike the standard models, this version is decked with Coca-Cola\u2019s branding and visual identity, right down to the bottle-inspired details scattered across the watch.<\/p>\n
According to the press release, Casio says the bezel and band colours were inspired by Coca-Cola\u2019s contour bottle, the curved glass bottle design first introduced in 1915. The influence goes beyond colour too, with the day indicator hand meant to resemble the iconic bottle even the band loop carries fluted patterns meant to resemble the grooves of the said bottle.<\/p>\n
The dial itself continues the theme with a mix of red-toned accents and Casio also mentions that the bubble-like graphics were designed to mimic the fizz of a freshly opened Coke. Around the back, Casio has also added a bottle cap-inspired engraving to the case back.<\/p>\n
Like most collaboration that G-Shock releases, the Coca-Cola watch comes with its own uniquely \u2013 vending machine \u2013 designed case.<\/p>\n

The watch retails for S$249<\/b> and will be available at Casio\u2019s e-store today (bad news, it\u2019s already sold out) as well as physical stores from 23 May onwards<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
