The infamous director behind several video game movies like Postal and Far Cry, Boll has begun production on 23 Years Later: The Castle of the Dead, a spiritual successor to his 2003 adaptation of Sega&#8217;s House of the Dead. The title for the movie is also suspiciously similar to the two 28 Years Later movies that were recently released.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the crowdfunding push for the movie failing&#8211;no funds were collected from the whopping 39 backers who initially pledged $14,000 to the project&#8211;filming will kick off on September 5 in Germany.
