The Hong Hu Lotus Root Soup, simmered for 3 hours, was a hit with the kids; the lotus root was incredibly powdery and the broth so rich! The boldest part? Their \u201cTastes Bad, No Pay\u201d guarantee. No questions asked! We also loved the Chongqing Spicy Chicken (with chewy mochi!), the silky Black Truffle Scrambled Egg, and the massive Super Huge Ice Lemon Tea. We ended the night at the Free DIY Dessert Station.
