Jija by Vicky Lau<\/span> draws on the culinary traditions of Yunnan and Guizhou for a heartfelt Mother\u2019s Day feast that celebrates family bonds and shared warmth. Available throughout Mother\u2019s Day weekend, the sharing menu includes chicken liver parfait with spring onion oil bun and dry-aged roasted pigeon with lemongrass glaze and pigeon jus, while the Mother\u2019s Day-exclusive mixed berry and cheese mousse with goji berry cheese ice cream brings the meal to a bright, celebratory close. The full \u00e0 la carte menu will also be available, and every table will receive a complimentary keepsake Polaroid photograph to mark the occasion.<\/div>\n
