It&#8217;s a move that will see Brilliant Minds come to an end with Season 2, with Stumble shuttered after finishing its first and final season in March 2026.<\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">Brilliant Minds aired its first season in September 2024 and was a New York City-set medical drama that starred Zachary Quinto (Star Trek Into Darkness) as Dr. Oliver Wolf. Based on real-life British neurologist Dr. Oliver Sacks, an official description for the series said it followed Bronx General&#8217;s Dr. Wolf, &#8220;whose compassionate approach leads to astounding breakthroughs in some of the world\u2019s most puzzling psychological cases.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><output class=\"box-wrapper jsx-2673806401\"><\/p>\n<figure class=\"jsx-313219616\"><img alt=\"\" aria-hidden=\"true\" decoding=\"async\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"progressive-image article-image article-image-full-size jsx-1809694635 jsx-2338608387\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP\/\/\/yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7\" data-cy=\"progressive-image\"\/><figcaption data-cy=\"caption\" class=\"caption jsx-1762799490 jsx-479945570 article-image-caption\">Zachary Quinto as Dr. Oliver Wolf in Brilliant Minds. Its remaining episodes are expected to begin airing May 27.<\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">The Hollywood Reporter reported that both Brilliant Minds and Stumble were &#8220;among NBC&#8217;s least watched scripted series of the season.&#8221; The second season of Quinto&#8217;s medical drama averaged at a little more than 3 million views in its first week pre-streaming. Stumble managed to pull in 2.24 million viewers in the same time frame.<\/p>\n<p data-cy=\"paragraph\" class=\"paragraph jsx-2269604527\">Stumble began its run in November. It&#8217;s unclear when a decision regarding their fate will be announced.
