One commenter, who identified themselves as a fellow passenger on the bus, said that many commuters were unable to alight. \u201cWhat kind of service is this?\u201d they asked.<\/p>\n
Others questioned whether it was an isolated incident, noting that \u201cbus drivers are humans too, they make mistakes\u201d.<\/p>\n
