Love the contrast between the crunchy, airy toast and the soft, creamy center \u2014 not too sweet, just heavenly  \ud83c\udf57 Roasted Chicken Rice: Start with the aromatic ginger chicken rice, then go in for the juicy, tender chicken. Alternate between the sauces to switch up each bite \ud83d\ude0b \ud83c\udf5b Nasi Lemak Ayam Berempah: Start with the coconut rice, then mix everything together \u2014 fried egg, peanuts, anchovies, sambal, and spices \u2014 almost like bibimbap, so every bite hits \ud83d\udca3 The marinated fried chicken (I think it has turmeric &#038; galangal) was so crispy\u2026 still thinking about it \ud83d\udcad \ud83c\udf5c Bakmi Keriting: Bouncy, chewy housemade curly noodles coated in sesame oil, paired with shredded chicken, fried wontons, bok choy, and scallions.
