A former marine microbiology researcher, Liu\u2019s science background informs her creations.<\/div>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">Messengerservice \u2013 Asia\u2019s 90th best bar last year, and winner of best bar design from the same body \u2013 is represented by R&amp;D manager Tug and senior bartender Por (what better name for someone in the industry?).
