The <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">sweet, dome-shaped bread<\/span> has an airy, brioche-like texture and is usually filled with candied citrus fruits and raisins.<\/div>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">But who makes the best panettone? While the bread originates from Milan, Italy, it was a team of Taiwanese bakers who claimed the world title in the 2025 Panettone World Championship. While they didn\u2019t have a lot of time to spend with me, that meant I had a lot of free time and was by myself.<\/p>\n<div datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1xdhyk6 ec74h0k0\">\u201cI really have to thank my parents for never <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">pushing me to perform academically<\/span>. They said: \u2018Being the best at school doesn\u2019t mean you\u2019ll have a better life, don\u2019t be the last but just be in the middle, then you\u2019ll be fine.\u2019\u201d<\/div>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">This lack of pressure allowed Chen the freedom to pursue her interests.
