Then we weren&#8217;t quite sure if there would be a Spring Menu. Fortunately, they found a new home at Keppel South Central, and we managed to experience their Spring Omakase menu featuring Sansai mountain vegetables, the true heralds of the new season. The new restaurant has been updated according to current dining trends in Japan, with a completely reimagined open kitchen counter that puts you right in the heart of the action.
