[SINGAPORE] Home-grown food distributor FoodXervices will \u201cwind down all operations\u201d by the end of April, after 92 years in business, the wholesaler said in an Instagram post in the early hours of Friday (Apr 3).<\/p>\n
The company had been \u201cbattling… tremendous headwinds for the last six years\u201d, said the family business\u2019s third-generation owners Nichol and Nicholas Ng in the post.<\/p>\n
The closure was \u201cexpedited\u201d by the loss of its headquarters \u2013 commercial building Xpace, located at 218 Pandan Loop \u2013 though no details were given of how or when this \u201closs\u201d occurred.<\/p>\n
