Blackstone and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board acquired the company for A$24 billion in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blackstone.com\/insights\/article\/behind-the-deal-airtrunk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">December 2024<\/a>.
