SINGAPORE: Football fans will be able to watch all 104 matches at the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup live from S$98 (US$76), Mediacorp announced on Thursday (Apr 2).<\/p>\n
The early bird price is available from now until Apr 30. Thereafter, a standard subscription price of S$118 will apply.<\/p>\n
Both prices are unchanged from the 2022 tournament.<\/p>\n
Subscriptions are also available through Mediacorp’s carriage partners Singtel and StarHub.<\/p>\n
“The FIFA World Cup 2026 is the most expansive edition to date, featuring a record 48 teams and 104 matches \u2013 a massive increase of 40 matches over the 64 played in 2022,” said Mediacorp, the parent company of CNA.<\/p>\n
“Co-hosted across Canada, Mexico and the United States from Jun 12 to July 20, 2026, the tournament offers subscribers more live action than ever before for the same investment.”<\/p>\n
Subscribers will be able to stream the matches on existing devices like smart TVs, tablets and smartphones via mewatch.<\/p>\n
Activation of subscriptions is instant, and subscriptions are contract-free.<\/p>\n
“More matches, same price \u2013 we think that’s the right thing to do for football fans in Singapore,” said Mediacorp’s chief customer officer Angeline Poh.<\/p>\n

Mediacorp said on Feb 5 that it had secured exclusive rights to the tournament, and would be providing free coverage of 28 of the tournament’s 104 matches on Channel 5 and mewatch.<\/p>\n
This is an increase from the nine games it covered free-to-air at the 2022 World Cup.<\/span><\/p>\n The 28 matches comprise the opening match, 23 other group-stage matches, both semi-finals, the third-place playoff and the final.<\/span><\/p>\n
