The bakery counter will sell the hot cross doughnut (HK$42\/US$5.30) from April 3 to 7. These sourdough doughnuts filled with spiced cream and finished with traditional icing are available in sets of four or six.<\/p>\n

Its upstairs restaurant will enhance its popular all-day set with luxurious brunch specials. Guests can choose the softshell crab burger (HK$228) featuring crispy Korean-style glazed crab on a toasted brioche bun, or the lobster Benedict (HK$288), which pairs butter-poached lobster with hollandaise on a flaky croissant.<\/p>\n
