{"id":40483,"date":"2026-03-30T21:41:35","date_gmt":"2026-03-30T13:41:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sgbuzz.com\/?p=40483"},"modified":"2026-03-30T21:41:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T13:41:35","slug":"cotton-on-asia-enters-voluntary-liquidation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sgbuzz.com\/?p=40483","title":{"rendered":"Cotton On Asia enters voluntary liquidation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>SINGAPORE: Cotton On Asia, the regional arm of Australian fashion retail giant Cotton On Group, has been placed under members\u2019 voluntary liquidation, according to a notice published in the Government Gazette on Monday (Mar 30).<\/p>\n<p>This followed an extraordinary general meeting via a video teleconference call on Mar 25.<\/p>\n<p>In a separate notice, creditors of the company have also been notified to submit details of any outstanding debts or claims.<\/p>\n<p>Cotton On Asia operates five brands in Singapore &#8211; Cotton On, <span>Cotton On Body, Cotton On Kids, Typo and Rubi.
