Photo: Handout<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">It\u2019s a mega guest shift as bartenders and chefs representing China, South Korea and Japan gather at Gokan in Hong Kong for a new edition of the bar\u2019s Far East Movement series.<\/p>\n<div datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1xdhyk6 ec74h0k0\">Previous winners of the Altos Bartenders\u2019 Bartender Award under <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">Asia\u2019s 50 Best Bars<\/span> \u2013 Hope &amp; Sesame co-owner Andrew Ho (2025) and Zest co-founder Demie Kim (2024) \u2013 will be at Gokan to deliver top-notch cocktails across two sessions.<\/div>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">Supporting these star bartenders are a trio of chefs. So Wai Hon, of Sun Hon Kee Restaurant in Fanling, will showcase his expertise in Hakka fisherman cuisine. Ryusuke Nakagawa of SG Group, the hospitality company behind Gokan, who is also the chef of Japanese cuisine at The SG Tavern in Tokyo, will share his specialities.
