The Pokemon Company has announced a roving promotional event for the Nintendo Switch 2 title, Pokemon Pokopia, that will take place across our sunny island from 5 March to 4 June 2026. Unimaginatively named \u201cPlay Pokemon Pokopia Game with Pokemon Truck at Your Town!\u201d, fans will see a brightly lit 24-foot Pokemon Truck travelling around the island, stopping at selected city spots and shopping malls. <\/p>\n
The truck itself has been converted into a mobile gaming lounge where gamers can step inside and try the game for themselves. Inside are five Nintendo Switch 2 game stations, each equipped with its own console setup and sofa seating, allowing players to spend some time with the new life simulation game. There will also be event staff on hand to guide newcomers who may not be familiar with the gameplay. <\/p>\n
The experience spills beyond the truck as well. At selected mall stops, the event area will include a Pokemon Pokopia photo zone and themed photo booth. Younger children can also take part in a family-friendly colouring corner, where they can colour their favourite Pokemon characters. <\/p>\n
During weekdays, the truck will move around city areas, while Friday to Sunday sessions will anchor at selected malls.
