It\u2019s been a busy week so far for Apple. On Monday night, it announced a new iPad Air and the iPhone 17e. And then last night, it followed up with new Studio Displays, the M5 MacBook Air, and MacBook Pros powered by the M5 Pro and M5 Max.<\/p>\n
Apple is also rumoured to be launching a new low-cost MacBook that would be powered by an iPhone-class chip, and it appears that they might have accidentally leaked its name.<\/p>\n Did Apple accidentally leak the name of the rumoured low-cost MacBook?<\/p>\n Photo: MacRumors<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n A regulatory document for a yet-to-be announced \u201cMacBook Neo\u201d<\/b> Model A3404 briefly appeared on Apple\u2019s website this morning. It has since been removed, and unfortunately, there were no further details or pictures.<\/p>\n According to the rumours, this low-cost MacBook will be powered by an iPhone-class chip (likely the A18 Pro or A19 Pro) and will cost well under US$1,000. It could also come in bright colours.<\/p>\n Happily, we shouldn\u2019t have to wait long to find out.
