Vivo <\/b>isn\u2019t resting on its laurels after launching the Vivo X300 Pro in late 2025. At MWC 2026, the Vivo X300 Ultra <\/b>is making its global debut. <\/p>\n
Touted by Vivo as its ultimate flagship device in the X300 series, the model has also been confirmed for release in global markets later in 2026<\/b>. This is a rapid development on two levels: firstly, Vivo has said it\u2019s the first time<\/b> it\u2019s releasing an Ultra model with a global release, and secondly, the precedent of the X300 Pro<\/u> coming to Singapore (after years of no flagship models) sets the expectations for the Vivo X300 Ultra to arrive here as well.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Here\u2019s what Vivo has said about its upcoming smartphone, as well as its jaw-dropping accessories like the \u201c400mm-equivalent\u201d telephoto lens extender kit that shared its announcement stage.<\/p>\n
Specifications and availability for the Vivo X300 Ultra are still emerging<\/h2>\n
Vivo has not shared detailed specifications for the global version of the Vivo X300 Ultra. Still, earlier rumours suggested it would be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5<\/u>, since that\u2019s the most current flagship processor. For comparison, the Vivo X300 Pro was a MediaTek Dimensity 9500, as shown in our review here.<\/p>\n
Another speculative detail is that the X300 Ultra will have the global OriginOS 6 interface out of the box, as Vivo has already retired Funtouch OS since OriginOS was announced for the global market. In a nutshell, OriginOS is the better-equipped user interface of the two, with improved customisation and granularity over user controls.<\/p>\n

The lens also meets APO imaging standards and is packed with additional features like optical image stabilisation (OIS) and motion-tracking focus.<\/p>\n In its launch announcement, Vivo said the X300 Ultra rear cameras will support 4K 120FPS video recording in both 10-bit LOG and Dolby Vision. In particular is the \u201c3\u00b0 OIS\u201d on the 85mm zoom for extra stability, even when shooting from a medium distance.<\/p>\n For videographers, Vivo also added real-time previewing of Custom 3D LUTs, and Vivo LOG is now compatible with the ACES workflow.\u00a0There\u2019s also on-device color editing for videos via multi-focal 4K Master Color Video and Video Color Palette for adjusting tone, saturation, and contrast.<\/p>\n A crucial portion of video recording also lies in audio quality. Vivo equipped X300 Ultra with its four-microphone array, Quad-Mic Audio Recording Master. Out of the box, it offers six preset scenarios that reduce background noise while emphasising target sound sources for cleaner, crisper audio.<\/p>\n To bolster all that, the Vivo X300 Ultra supports external accessories such as the Professional Photography Grip, Camera Cage, Cooling Fan and External Lens Expansion Frame.<\/p>\n Vivo X300 Ultra with compatible external accessories.<\/p>\n Image: Vivo<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n Aside from those, the Professional Photography Kit is also very interesting. It includes the Vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra<\/b>, which is the aforementioned \u201c400mm-equivalent\u201d smartphone telephoto extender lens kit on the market.\u00a0<\/p>\n This means it\u2019s twice as long as the 200mm telephoto extender that launched with the Vivo X200 Ultra.
