The complex is open 24\/7.<\/span><\/p>\n The $45 million \u201curban micro-vacation\u201d is landing at Perennial Business City, rolling out in two phases. Phase one, almost 49,000 sq ft, has already soft-launched, with its official opening set for March 14, 2026. Phase two will nearly double that space by year-end, pending the usual regulatory approvals. Once it\u2019s fully up and running, House+ Bubble is built to host 700 to 1,000 visitors daily.<\/span><\/p>\n CEO Hou Zelong calls it a one-stop leisure destination, and he\u2019s not joking.
