Tel: 3580 2938) is my absolute favourite lunch spot. It specialises in a melt-in-your-mouth fatty char siu cut from the pork neck, and the <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">roast goose<\/span> is legendary. For a taste of old Hong Kong, try the shrimp-roe-stuffed pork knuckle and fried beef noodles with aged tangerine peels.<\/div>\n<div datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1xdhyk6 ec74h0k0\"><strong data-qa=\"ContentSchemaRender-defaultRenderMapFunctions-Component\" class=\"css-1mniedq ex3nmsa17\">Ju Xing Home<\/strong> (418 Portland Street, Prince Edward. Tel: 2392 9283) is the place to go for authentic Cantonese cooking\u2019s incredible <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\"><em data-qa=\"ContentSchemaRender-defaultRenderMapFunctions-Component\" class=\"css-1mniedq ex3nmsa15\">wok hei<\/em><\/span><em data-qa=\"ContentSchemaRender-defaultRenderMapFunctions-Component\" class=\"css-1mniedq ex3nmsa15\">.<\/em> My personal favourites are the Stir-fry King (wok-fried garlic chives, dried seafood and cashews) and the flawlessly steamed fish.
