vape seized"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"font-body-baseline-regular text-primary\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">SINGAPORE &#8211; A <!-- -->27-year-old man<!-- --> was taken to hospital and later arrested by the police after an accident involving four vehicles in Seletar on the morning of Jan 6.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-body-baseline-regular text-primary\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">The police said they were alerted to an accide<!-- -->nt involving a car, a truck and two cement mixer trucks along 14 Seletar North Link at about 8am that day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-body-baseline-regular text-primary\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">The Singapore Civil Defence Force said it was called in at about 8.30am, before the man was taken to Sengkang General Hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-body-baseline-regular text-primary\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">The 27-year-old, who was the car driver, was taken conscious to the hospital and later arrested for rash or negligent conduct related to machinery and fraudulent possession of property.<\/p>\n<p>An e-vaporiser was also seized and the related offence has been referred to the Health Sciences Authority, said the police.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-body-baseline-regular text-primary\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">Police investigations are ongoing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-body-baseline-regular text-primary\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">Chinese daily Lianhe Zaobao reported that the accident happened near a construction site.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-body-baseline-regular text-primary\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">It added that the car was seen to have collided with the other vehicles involved and had stopped directly between one of the cement mixer trucks and the truck. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-testid=\"tags-test-id\">\n<p><button data-testid=\"button-test-id\" class=\"layer-one border-default border interactive-button text-primary disabled:layer-disabled hover:disabled:layer-disabled default\" aria-label=\"button for Police\"><span class=\"font-button-md-semibold\">Police<\/span><\/button><button data-testid=\"button-test-id\" class=\"layer-one border-default border interactive-button text-primary disabled:layer-disabled hover:disabled:layer-disabled default\" aria-label=\"button for Accidents - traffic\"><span class=\"font-button-md-semibold\">Accidents &#8211;
