{"id":26238,"date":"2026-01-06T15:13:36","date_gmt":"2026-01-06T07:13:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sgbuzz.com\/?p=26238"},"modified":"2026-01-06T15:13:36","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T07:13:36","slug":"motorcyclist-dies-after-accident-with-car-on-sle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sgbuzz.com\/?p=26238","title":{"rendered":"Motorcyclist dies after accident with car on SLE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p class=\"font-body-baseline-regular text-primary\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">SINGAPORE \u2013 A 42-year-old motorcyclist died after an accident involving a motorcycle and a car early on Jan 6. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-body-baseline-regular text-primary\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">Police said they were alerted to the accident on the SLE towards CTE at about 6am that day. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-body-baseline-regular text-primary\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">The motorcyclist was taken unconscious to hospital, where he later died, they said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-body-baseline-regular text-primary\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">A 48-year-old male car driver is assisting with investigations, the police added. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-body-baseline-regular text-primary\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">Investigations are ongoing. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-body-baseline-regular text-primary\" data-testid=\"article-paragraph-annotation-test-id\">Video footage posted on Facebook shows a few people crouched around a person near a grey car and toppled motorcycle, as one of them performs cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the person amid ongoing traffic.
