According to the Stomper, they also rode through a red light at a junction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-secondary pt-md text-18 font-normal leading-1.5 text-grayscale-800\">&#8220;Their bikes aren&#8217;t safe. They look flimsy,&#8221; he said. &#8220;No bike helmets for these kids!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><iframe class=\"video-container my-lg w-[620px] h-[349px]\" src=\"https:\/\/players.brightcove.net\/4802324446001\/default_default\/index.html?videoId=6387204126112\" title=\"#NoTapis\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-secondary pt-md text-18 font-normal leading-1.5 text-grayscale-800\">According to the <span><a class=\"text-primary-500 hover:underline\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lta.gov.sg\/content\/ltagov\/en\/getting_around\/active_mobility\/rules_and_public_education\/rules_and_code_of_conduct.html\" target=\"_blank\">Land Transport Authority&#8217;s (LTA) rules for on-road cycling<\/a><\/span>, cyclists must wear a helmet when cycling on roads.
