{"id":25139,"date":"2026-01-02T11:23:41","date_gmt":"2026-01-02T03:23:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sgbuzz.com\/?p=25139"},"modified":"2026-01-02T11:23:41","modified_gmt":"2026-01-02T03:23:41","slug":"hdb-resale-price-growth-slows-to-2-9-in-2025-slowest-since-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sgbuzz.com\/?p=25139","title":{"rendered":"HDB resale price growth slows to 2.9% in 2025; slowest since 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>SINGAPORE: Housing and Development Board\u00a0(HDB) flat resale prices rose by 2.9 per cent in 2025, compared with 9.7 per cent in 2024, marking the slowest price growth since 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The HDB resale price index, which reflects the general price movements in the resale market, remained largely unchanged at 203.6 in the fourth quarter, according to HDB\u2019s flash estimate on Friday (Jan 2).
