Reflecting on the experience, Tan said there have been many memorable moments over the years. He told Mothership: “Some residents strike up conversations with me while I\u2019m putting up the decorations, and a few have even offered me drinks as a gesture of kindness. I also enjoy seeing young children stop by the displays, pointing excitedly and asking their parents if they can take photos.
