A new batch of materials said to originate from an early build of the Generation 10 Pokemon<\/em><\/strong> games has surfaced online. The leaked content includes a decidedly bizarre Pikachu animation, a massive urban metropolis, and what may be the first look at the Gen 10 Pokemon Professor, among other things.<\/p>\n

Information about Game Freak\u2019s Gen 10 titles has gradually emerged following the October 2024 “Teraleak,” which led to many of the Pokemon<\/em> developer\u2019s internal documents being published online, possibly as a result of a data breach. Subsequent reports suggested that the upcoming games may be titled Pokemon Wind and Wave<\/em> or Winds and Waves<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Another batch of alleged Pokemon Wind and Wave<\/em> materials has emerged in late December 2025 via several sources. Among them is a brief animation of a Level 30 male Pikachu that has a shiny-like glow and appears to pulsate, with his individual body parts gradually changing shape. The source of this particular leak described the disturbing creature as a “majin Pikachu.” Majin, which literally translates to “demon being” or “devil being,” was previously rumored as the codename of the Gen 10 Pokemon<\/em> games’ battle gimmick. The mechanic may be linked to some kind of “weather moves,” according to a machine translation of an earlier leak.<\/p>\n

A much simpler explanation for the bizarre Pikachu leak is that it depicts a model and animation test rather than anything that’s supposed to be included in the Gen 10 games as is. However, the appearance of such an atypical Pikachu may lend support to an earlier report claiming Pokemon Wind and Wave<\/em> would offer infinite variations of select species. As unconventional as it appears, the kind of free-form model distortion seen in the late December 2025 leak could potentially be one method by which Game Freak implements such a system.<\/p>\n

\n Pokemon Wind and Wave Will Reportedly Feature at Least One Massive City
\n <\/h2>\n

Another image from the recent wave of leaks shows a character exploring what appears to be a large, densely built city. While the environment uses distant LOD models that were apparently drawn at an early stage of the render pipeline, the graphics are detailed enough to reveal an eclectic mix of architecture, ranging from modern steel-and-glass skyscrapers to more traditional landmarks, such as a concrete structure with a pagoda-like tower positioned near the center of the leaked screenshot. A Charizard is also visible in the image. Although the player character appears only as a silhouette, they seem to be riding a scooter-like board, supporting an earlier leak that claimed the Gen 10 Pokemon<\/em> games would include Rotom Scooter traversal, similar to the Rotom Bike featured in the Gen 8 titles, Sword and Shield<\/em>.<\/em><\/p>\n

The third image seen in the new leak wave is described as a depiction of the Gen 10 Pokemon Professor, who appears to be an older man. While the illustration is largely a silhouette, it was extended with a face paintover, revealing a bushy beard and two equally unruly eyebrows. Like his predecessors, the new Pokemon Professor is expected to guide the protagonist over the course of the game’s story. He is even rumored to be driving a car in the Gen 10 games.<\/p>\n

The final part of the leak shows an early rendering pipeline screenshot of a Pokemon Center located on an idyllic tropical island. Its presence suggests this may be one of the approximately 15 larger islands featured in Pokemon Wind and Wave<\/em>. The games are expected to include many additional smaller land masses, with the total island count estimated at around 54. Previous leaks also indicated that procedurally generated isles may be part of the package, complementing Game Freak\u2019s hand-crafted locations. The Generation 10 Pok\u00e9mon titles are expected to be announced on next year’s Pokemon Day: February 27, 2026.<\/p>\n
