Agencies tell us the same thing \u2013 that the promotional budget is insufficient and that we also need cooperation from other countries,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">\u201cWhen we go to each state, I tell them they must be aggressive. But after that, the states must continue promoting themselves.
