It feels awkward at first, but you fake it till you make it, she said.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">\u201cIt\u2019s about allowing yourself to be OK with being awkward,\u201d said Bee, a Los Angeles-based comedian and speaker. \u201cThen you\u2019re going to find some form of silliness within that is going to allow you to laugh involuntarily.\u201d<\/p>\n<div datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1xdhyk6 ec74h0k0\">The laughter clubs were based on the common-sense notion that laughter relieves stress.
