We stumbled in to My Awesome Cafe in Singapore’s Chinatown because the fun vibe caught our eyes immediately (even the name on the outside of the building titles it the Chung Hwa Free Clinic)… and then we found out they have a gluten-free menu!\u00a0 Such a fun surprise! Awesome service, so much to look at, friendly customers, and unique-fun food. We ordered the \u00a0Crackling Porchetta (with a side of several proseccos because I was having so much fun)… A roulade of crunchy pork stuffed with an addictive pineapple chimichurri and served with truffle mushrooms, a refreshing apple-sesame salad, and a couple of hard taco shells.\u00a0 Not really sure what the taco shells were there for as this wasn’t really a make-your-own-taco type plate.
