Meanwhile, a full-scale Mimmo cafe will be unveiled in Singapore\u2019s Asia Square Tower 1 in early January.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">\u201cAt the beginning, I was leaning more towards Singapore,\u201d he says, adding that he was drawn to the greenery in the heart of the Lion City. \u201cBut Hong Kong is such a big food city, it is growing on me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">Giammarella did not plan to bake for a living.
