The Hot Wine combines a malted \u201cmugi\u201d shochu with cherry ratafia and spices in a unique take on mulled wine. For those looking for something with texture, the Matcha Egg Nogg adds matcha and chocolate to the wintertime favourite. The former plays on Santa\u2019s hearty guffaw while featuring haw flakes and osmanthus sweets, two local childhood confections brought to life with Iichiko Saiten Shochu, raspberry cordial, hawthorn, sherry wine and lemon. The Apple Pie evokes the warm autumnal and wintry pastry while also adding notes from a local winter warmer, Horlicks.
