In a move that will further consolidate Singapore\u2019s MVNO market, Changi Mobile<\/u> will cease operations by February 28, 2026. There is no news whether this will affect Changi Recommends<\/u> services, but a check of the Changi Recommends website revealed that for them at least, it was business as usual.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Launched in 2021, Changi Mobile\u2019s SIM-only plans were managed via the Changi GO app, with its services running on M1\u2019s network. According to a pop-up on its website, Changi Mobile\u2019s priority \u201cis to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transition for all our customers\u201d.<\/p>\n

It added that existing customers would be receiving an email with details of the transition plan to Maxx, which is also under M1. <\/p>\n

To ensure uninterrupted service, a customer\u2019s subscription will be migrated to M1 Maxx on 15 January 2026. Should they prefer to move to a telco or MVNO of their choice, they must \u201cport out to your preferred telecommunications provider before 12 January 2026\u201d.<\/p>\n

From the transition plan provided in the email, it seems that all Changi Mobile customers under its Flexi Lite<\/b>, Flexi Choice<\/b> and Flexi Go<\/b> SIM only plans will all be transitioned to M1 Maxx\u2019s Maxx S$10 plan<\/b>.<\/p>\n
