Founder <a class=\"_internalLinks_8nc2s_80\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thepeakmagazine.com.sg\/lifestyle\/tryson-quek-sidedoor-diageo-world-class-bartender-singapore\" target=\"_blank\" data-discover=\"true\">Tryson Quek<\/a>, despite being a chef by training, was also crowned World Class Bartender of the Year 2025 Singapore in June.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"_base_1s8rd_1 _default_1s8rd_12\">Admirably, he finished in the global top 10 in the World Class finals in Toronto, taking home the Tanqueray Modern Icon Award.
