Quinary, one of Hong Kong\u2019s earliest adopters of molecular and multisensory mixology, has released a new menu focused on the senses. The Five Senses: Flavour menu presents eight new drinks that follow on from the previous menu, Texture.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">The Cheeky Float, for example, combines Two Moons\u2019 five flowers tea gin \u2013 based on Chinese \u201cfive flowers\u201d herbal tea \u2013 sugar cane juice, lime and ginger, evoking roadside herbal teas and keeping the drinking public healthy on nights out.
