He claimed that he confirmed beforehand that chicken would be served only to lament, \u201cUnfortunately, the last few rows had no more left\u201d.<\/p>\n
Guess he didn\u2019t get to hear, \u201cChicken or fish, sir?\u201d<\/p>\n
He went on to say he only ate a portion of the food because he had no appetite for the fish meal during breakfast and ended up having an upset stomach through the flight as he was hungry and unable to sleep.<\/p>\n
He added that he did not know that being at the back of the plane would mean limited meal choices, and felt that Singapore Airlines should have anticipated the demand since they knew the passenger count in advance<\/p>\n
\u201cI know I was served a meal, but it was neither my choice nor did I have an appetite for a fish and horseradish for breakfast,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n
Online reactions were divided. A few sympathised with his disappointment, saying meal allocation should have been more evenly managed.<\/p>\n
But others pointed out that passengers can pre-order special meals or pay for front-row seats for better meal access.<\/p>\n
