There\u2019s no question that the adoption rate of EVs in Singapore is gathering pace. According to the latest data from the LTA, there are now over 40,000 EVs on our roads<\/span><\/b>, accounting for about 6.3% of our island\u2019s car population.<\/p>\n To accommodate the increase in the number of EVs on our roads, Great World will be launching its new EV charging hub soon. According to Allgreen Malls, which manages Great World, this will be Singapore\u2019s largest public single-site EV charging hub.<\/p>\n The hub will be home to no fewer than 55 chargers<\/b>. There will be a mix of AC and DC fast chargers, including 480kW ultra-fast DC chargers from Huawei. If an EV supports it, this ultra-fast charger can get from 20% to 80% in well under 30 minutes. This is the mix of chargers at the site.<\/p>\n The hub will have 23 22kW AC chargers.<\/p>\n Photo: Allgreen Malls<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n To celebrate the opening, Allgreen Malls will offer introductory charging rates at both Great World and Pasir Ris Mall.<\/p>\n Also, stand a chance to win a new Zeekr 7X<\/b> or a one-week stay at Great World Residence\u2019s 2-bedroom apartment<\/b>.<\/p>\n To participate in the draw, every S$20 charge at Great Charge stations at Great World or Pasir Ris Mall or every receipt with a minimum spend of S$60 at any Allgreen Mall qualifies as one entry.<\/p>\n From 7 December 2025 to 31 January 2026<\/b>, or until stocks last, taxi or PHV drivers who charge their EVs at Great World or Pasir Ris Mall can redeem a voucher for a free toast and small hot beverage from Toast Box. <\/p>\n To redeem, drivers will have to show their vocational license and proof of same-day charging (minimum charge of S$20) at the customer service counter. Note that this is limited to the first 240 redemptions at each mall.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
