a space where Stompers share reflections, personal essays and social commentaries that spark conversation and insight.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-secondary pt-md text-18 font-normal leading-1.5 text-grayscale-800\">A Grab user says he was left waiting repeatedly after three drivers cancelled on him despite high fares costing between $50 and $60 on Aug 15.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-secondary pt-md text-18 font-normal leading-1.5 text-grayscale-800\">Stomper <span><b>Wesley <\/b><\/span>shared a screenshot of three notifications informing him drivers had cancelled at 7.16am, 7.30am and 7.33am.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-secondary pt-md text-18 font-normal leading-1.5 text-grayscale-800\">He told Stomp that one of the drivers even cancelled &#8220;just as they arrived&#8221; at his doorstep.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-secondary pt-md text-18 font-normal leading-1.5 text-grayscale-800\">&#8220;The state of Grab&#8217;s premium &#8216;service&#8217; in Singapore is terrible,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-secondary pt-md text-18 font-normal leading-1.5 text-grayscale-800\">Wesley also shared a screenshot showing multiple cancelled bookings on Nov 17, including rides to the Main Entrance of Woodlands Checkpoint, saying this was &#8220;another wonderful experience with Grab drivers&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-secondary pt-md text-18 font-normal leading-1.5 text-grayscale-800\">He added: &#8220;The user has to wait again, pay higher fares, and Grab does nothing to properly mitigate this problem.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-secondary pt-md text-18 font-normal leading-1.5 text-grayscale-800\">Stomp has contacted Grab for comment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-secondary pt-md text-18 font-normal leading-1.5 text-grayscale-800\"><span><b>Have your say on Stomping Ground!
