The Turkish-German chef took the reins of the Michelin-starred French restaurant earlier this year and has wasted no time showing her skill in crafting <span data-qa=\"Component-Text\" class=\"css-0 ef9u0v00\">original dishes<\/span> that combine classic French techniques with subtle nods to her Mediterranean roots.<\/div>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">For Christmas Day and Boxing Day, G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcer has created several special \u00e0 la carte dishes, including a salade demi-deuille with black winter truffle (HK$388) and a Mont Blanc (HK$198).
