Serving his chicken rice set with TWO types of \u2018chicken\u2019 for texture and variety – hainan style and fried bean curd roll. No boring bites here! Of course he\u2019s giving us the trifecta of sauces: dark soy, ginger and chilli (Singapore doesn\u2019t play when it comes to condiments) and even the veggies are perfectly cooked. Daikon broth HITS and hits good. Hit me againnnn \ud83d\ude29 The hainan chicken dupe is so textured, so layered and smothered in fragrant sesame oil goodness. Now that I eat chicken I can tell you most vegan chicken doesn\u2019t taste this good \ud83d\ude05 Hainanese chicken rice really is one of my fave foods and I would gladly eat this – it really is so satisfying. VERY GOOD.<\/p>\n
