Tried Kaya Toast and butter coffee for the first time in Singapore \ud83c\uddf8\ud83c\uddec I\u2019m not sure what I was expecting, but the flavor combinations blew me away. The kaya (coconut jam) was sweet and rich. The toast was slightly crispy, the butter was nice and gooey, and that runny egg with soy sauce and white pepper? Delicious. Butter coffee also deserves its own applause. I didn\u2019t know I needed that combo until it hit my mouth. If you\u2019re visiting Singapore, kaya toast is probably already on your list, but this little stall run by an elder man had something special.
