Select<em> World of Warcraft <\/em>players who opt in to this beta, or anyone who pre-purchases the Epic Edition of <em>World of Warcraft: Midnight<\/em>, can test out the zones, dungeons, and other features from this exciting expansion right now.<\/p>\n<p>    <!-- No AdsNinja v10 Client! --><!-- No AdsNinja v10 Client! --><\/p>\n<p>The alpha for <em>World of Warcraft: Midnight<\/em> started on October 2, giving fans the first look at what\u2019s in store for them in the expansion. Each week, more parts of <em>Midnight<\/em> were made available for testing, including the entire leveling experience, dungeons, delves, and several of the open world activities coming in the <em>World of Warcraft<\/em> expansion.<\/p>\n<p>Now, <em>World of Warcraft<\/em> has officially taken the next big step towards the release of <em>Midnight<\/em>. The expansion\u2019s beta testing period is now live, putting even more of <em>Midnight<\/em> in the hands of the chosen players who have access to it. Nearly everything from the <em>World of Warcraft: Midnight<\/em> alpha is back again in the beta, including all four zones, the Silvermoon City hub, the Slayer\u2019s Rise PvP Battleground, the Devourer Demon Hunter, and all new dungeons and delves. As they work towards the new level cap of 90, they can enjoy other pieces of endgame content, including the Arcantina, Saltheril\u2019s Soiree, and the Prey system.<\/p>\n<p>There are some new features to test out in the beta as well. Until it is fixed, fans will be stuck with whatever gear their characters find as they adventure through the new expansion.<\/p>\n<p>Each week, more new features will be added to the beta for players to test. During the second and third weeks, fans can expect to see the fixed-up transmog system, high-tier delve testing, Mythic+ dungeons, additional UI improvements, and testing for most of the raid bosses, save the lore-significant final battles in the Voidspire and March on Quel\u2019Danas raids in <em>WoW: Midnight<\/em>. Like previous squishes, we are reducing values on: player and creature health, damage, healing, item level, and stats on items. This squish will not affect player character levels.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n                                        For players logging into Beta, the new character templates will reflect the expected player power from levels 80-90.\n                        <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"classes\">\n            <strong>CLASSES<\/strong><br \/>\n    <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n                                        <strong>COMBAT TUNING<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n                                        <em>Developers\u2019 notes: As Midnight transitions into beta, tuning will quickly start happening at a much more rapid pace. We are working to get things into a better tuned state to ensure quality playtesting and feedback from both internal and external sources. This tuning will come in various stages and won\u2019t all happen at once, but a few notable changes are happening that feel worth discussing slightly more:<\/em>\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        Several classes will see some generic increases or decreases to their overall throughput amounts. Most of this right now is to coincide with \u201czeroing out\u201d some passive modifiers attached to the class or spec that was adjusting their throughput. Rather than continue to tweak this number up and down, most of them have been set to zero. In some cases, we adjusted the spec\u2019s tuning up or down to compensate for the change. In other cases, we felt it was ok to not adjust the spec\u2019s throughput and just return the values to zero.\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        Melee classes are starting to see an increase to their auto-attack damage dealt either in this week\u2019s update or in the coming week\u2019s updates. Auto-attacking is a part of melee characters, and we want to make sure that an appropriate amount of damage is being attributed to your auto-attacks while engaged in combat.\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        All healers had a 20% increase to their damage dealt this week.
