Orange & Teal, a cafe owned by Singapore Democratic Party (SDP) chief Chee Soon Juan and his wife, has announced its closure after more than four years of operations at Rochester Mall.<\/p>\n

The move comes just over a year after the cafe’s second outlet in Marina Square shuttered in October 2024, citing rising costs.<\/p>\n

In a Facebook post on Nov 10, the cafe said it had decided to “conclude (their) journey”<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

‘This is not goodbye’<\/h3>\n

Expressing “gratitude and optimism”, the post added: “This is not goodbye, only until next time.”<\/p>\n

“Epilogue is prologue. We look forward to picking up where we left on another day.”<\/p>\n

The post did not elaborate on why the cafe is closing.<\/p>\n

Orange & Teal will also be holding a “cash & carry” sale, allowing customers can purchase items from their store from Nov 11 to 13, between 11am and 7pm.<\/p>\n
