A man was seen lying motionless at a bus stop at Upper Cross Street in Chinatown on Nov 9.<\/p>\n
Stomper Mike <\/b><\/span>alerted Stomp to the incident.<\/p>\n “I saw a man fall at the bus stop and there was no response from him,” the Stomper recounted.<\/p>\n “Some men tried to wake him up but were not successful.<\/p>\n “I called the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and police, who later contacted me to confirm the location and said they were on the way.<\/p>\n “I left when my bus arrived.”<\/p>\n In a photo shared by the Stomper, a man dressed in black is seen lying on the ground beside a seat at the bus stop, with a phone next to him and a couple of plastic bags at his feet.<\/p>\n In response to a Stomp query, the SCDF said they received a call for assistance at 5.55pm.<\/p>\n “SCDF assessed one person for minor injuries, but the person declined to be sent to the hospital,” an SCDF spokesperson said.<\/p>\n
